As a woman-owned company, Hired by Matrix has always been sensitive about these issues. We understand that to thrive in today’s rapidly changing and diverse marketplace, we need to focus on DE&I programs as part of our standard practice.
Some of our programs addressing DE&I are:

- Monitor and track HbM spend across diverse vendors and suppliers to meet our commitments.
